Hi. I’m Kasey Brennan, a seasoned public relations and communications professional with more than 15 years of industry experience.
I specialize in media relations and content marketing and am passionate about helping my clients tell their stories through traditional news coverage, regular blogging, social media, and more.
I started KB Communications in 2017 with the goal of supporting businesses with traditional public relations and content marketing services. Since then, I’ve worked with organizations in a variety of industries, including senior living, commercial real estate, professional services, and finance.
I’m passionate about helping organizations uncover their unique differentiators and then share them through our communications efforts.
Experience & Education
Prior to starting KB Communications, I served as an Account Executive for True Blue Communications – an agency that I still partner with today. I also served as an Account Executive for a small PR firm specializing in healthcare technology in the years following the passage of The Affordable Care Act.
I’m a graduate of Florida State University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis on Creative Writing and a minor in Communications. I also have a graduate certificate in Professional Writing from the University of Central Florida.
I’ve been an active member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and served as a committee chair of the Independent Practioners Group.
Out of Office
When I’m not busy working with clients, you can find me spending time with my husband and two daughters and watching endless episodes of Bluey and Peppa Pig.
I’m also a huge proponent of self-care and love to travel and spend time in nature.
